137km/85 miles from Overton Hill, near Avebury to Ivinghoe Beacon along Britain's oldest road.

Terrain

Not too strenuous - mostly following the ancient chalk ridge route used by prehistoric man, a broad track past the ancient hillforts of the North Wessex Downs, across the Thames and then along lower-lying paths through the wooded countryside of the Chilterns.
