Talehay Farmhouse is a grade 2 listed Cornish farmstead surrounded by and overlooking delightful open countryside around a central courtyard of well specified and tastefully furnished converted stone built cottages. Choose from 4 individual cottages sleeping 2-4 +cot, superbly equipped and with excellent facilities. All are situated in spacious communal gardens safe for your children to play in, with separate garden furniture for each cottage. We personally supervise the cottages to assure the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness. We are proud to say that many of our guests return regularly each year and highly recommend us to their family and friends.
 The magnificent Cornish coastline with its secluded sandy coves and breath taking views is only 3 miles away. Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are a short drive away for walkers and hikers. The SW coastal path is less than 3 miles away as well as many local footpaths offering an excellent selection of walks for both experienced and occasional walkers alike. Walkers guides available for loan.

Quality Self Catering Cottages at affordable prices located in a sunny, peaceful, wooded valley leading by footpath to the Beach at Crackington Haven. We are proud that all our properties are featured in and inspected by THE GOOD HOLIDAY COTTAGE GUIDE.
 Mineshop Miners Cottages are all named after local beaches and sleep up to 4 in 2 bedrooms. These 6 very secluded, detached, cosy, single storey cottages stand in 14 acres of grounds and are equipped to a high standard. They each have a balcony or patio with tables and chairs, overlooking the woods/fields etc. These areas are fenced and gated for the safety of your children and/or pets.
The Old Shippon sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms and was converted from the Old Milking Parlour situated on the banks of the stream which leads through the valley to the beach at Crackington Haven. A glowing woodburning stove makes this a popular choice for the colder months.
The Old Smithy sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms and was converted from the Blacksmith's Shop. It has a lot's of character with beamed ceilings.
Easy access to south-west coast path. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

Pednolver Apartments consist of 3 recently renovated ground, first and second floor apartments situated on the premier terrace in St Ives and converted from a former Sea Captain’s residence with outstanding views over the town, harbour and St. Ives Bay out to Trevose Head. They are within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, beaches and town facilities. All have a private parking space at the rear.
Apartment 2 is our biggest single apartment, spread over the ground floor and yet still offering some of the most amazing views in St. Ives. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4(6) in a king sized bed and 2 single beds, plus a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. This apartment also has a wet-room and is suitable for disabled access.  
Apartment 3 is based on the first floor and has one very large double bedroom and sleeps 2(4) in a king sized bed plus a sofa bed in the lounge. There is also a Jacuzzi bath with overhead shower. 
Apartment 4 is a one bedroom penthouse sleeping 2(4). It features an 8ft wide bed plus there is a sofa bed in the lounge. This property has sole use of a 20ft x12ft balcony which has spectacular views over the town and is perfect for afternoon sunbathing or for alfresco dining whilst watching the sunset over St Ives.
The apartments can be booked together to sleep up to 14 people, or individually to sleep between 2-6 people. All have Sky television and WIFI. There is now a live webcam featuring the views from the apartments.
