Situated on a
hillside farm, overlooking the renowned Llanthony Valley near the graceful
ruins of the 12thC Priory. This is an ideal base for walking, pony trekking,
painting, or just relaxing in the most peaceful surroundings. Offa's
Dyke footpath lies on the hill behind the farm and there is superb walking
in the National Park from the doorstep.
Oak Cottage is ideal for a couple. It is open plan, ground floor and
really warm and welcoming. It has a beautiful oak floor, under-floor heating
and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. Wheel-chair access. Sleeps 2/3
Flagstone Cottage is bright and cosy with a large fireplace and
heated flagstone floor. The French windows open onto magnificent views.
Large double bedroom, two children's beds in gallery room above and
one single bed in the living room. Pretty cobbled
garden, ideal for breakfast. Sleeps 2-4 plus 2 children.
BBQ and outdoor furniture available. Two local inns serving food and real
ale.

Situated on a working Farm on the outskirts of the village of Llanspyddid in the Brecon Beacons National Park and only 1 mile from the charming old market town of Brecon .
Two separate self catering properties with oak beams and some original features. An ideal location for all activities in Wales.
Meadowview farmhouse sleep 2 -10 and is suitable for 5/8 individuals. It looks out over open fields farmed by us. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, large lounge with open fire, dining room, large lawned area with BBQ and seating, adjoining paddock for family games, shed for bikes, canoes. Children and pets welcome.
Bluebell Loft is a 2 bedroom first floor apartment which sleeps 1 - 4. The apartment is not suitable for pets or children under 11. It has its own private entrance and is accessed via a flight of stairs. One double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge with dining area and a galley kitchen. There is a shared lawn. Your own seating and BBQ. (from £99 for 2 for 2 nights!).
Both properties have oil central heating, electric and bed linen included in price.
You can walk through the farm up to the hills to see panoramic views over glorious countryside. The river Usk runs along side the farm. Great for romantic getaways, groups and walking/outdoor holidays and perfect for nature lovers. Numerous good quality restaurants, pubs and shops in Brecon.
