The Old Waiting Rooms is on a working rural railway station at Hunmanby, reputedly the largest of the Wolds villages, and offers a unique self-catering holiday cottage with many original features.
The accommodation comprises entrance porch opening from the southbound platform into the former Ladies Waiting Room, now a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, old station toilets now a modern bathroom and main waiting room converted into a stunning bedroom and sitting area with large bay window looking out onto the platform.
Hunmanby is close to both the Cleveland and the Wolds Way walks. Close by are shops, pubs and restaurants, golf course and gym.
