Character stone cottage newly converted from 300
year old stables with many features including original oak beams, stone
alcoves etc. Outstanding views down the Combs Valley and up to Castle Naze
and Combs Moss. Situated near Kinder Scout and Edale (the bottom of Pennine
Way) so there's lots to do for the walker and outdoor enthusiast.
Furnished to a high standard, the cottage has full central heating, fully
fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge
freezer. Dining area with stable door to garden and patio. Shower room and
toilet. Staircase to lounge with a colour TV and double bed settee and
separate double bedroom, both with superb views. Parking for 2 cars.

Bamford in the Hope Valley
Walk out from this beautifully situated upland farm into open countryside or
enjoy many quiet corners in the extensive gardens, the tennis court, trout
lake and farm walks. Caving
at Castleton, Cycle Hire and climbing nearby as are Chatsworth House and
Haddon Hall, Nr Bakewell.
Three comfortable stone cottages around listed Elizabethan farmstead, set in
a beautifully secluded location, with good access. Each cottage has two
double bedrooms, open plan living with a private terrace or garden and ample
parking. The Hayloft has a spacious living area and can be let with Orchard Cottage, next door. Across the yard Paddock Cottage with a wood burning stove is a cosy winter retreat where a well behaved dog is welcome.
Each cottage sleeps 4. Price guide: High season £500 per week, Low season £300 per week. Low and mid season short breaks available.

Located at the edge of the Peak District near the historic market town of Ashbourne, our two 5 star gold and silver award cottages are the perfect location to explore the many attractions in the area. We are within 30 minutes of Ashbourne, Bakewell, Matlock, Matlock Bath, Buxton and the Derwent heritage trail where you can enjoy sightseeing, walking, cycling, climbing, pony
trekking, golf, quad bikes and more. The historic houses of Chatsworth, Haddon, Hardwick, Sudbury and Kedleston Halls. Carsington Water is on the doorstep for water sports, and steam and Tramway museums close by. Alton Towers 35 minutes.
Each cottage can sleep from 12 to 16. At Billy's Bothy there are 6 en-suite bedrooms and at Hillside Croft there are 5 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and a master bathroom. Both are beautifully fitted and furnished to a high standard and are full of beams and features. Both have cosy wood burning stoves plus full central heating, well equipped kitchens with separate
dining rooms, large landscaped gardens in rural surroundings, BBQs, patios and Wifi. Meals and pampering plus themed evenings are available by request.
Sauna on site at Billys Bothy. Horses can be securely accommodated. Small corporate events catered for.
