stone built holiday cottage has stunning views of the surrounding
mountains of Snowdonia -
ideal for a family holiday in North Wales! A quiet, peaceful location
close to town of Dolgellau for shops and places to eat.
The cottage, called Ysgubor (The Barn), sleeps 8/9 and provides
comfortable self catering accommodation which includes
a lounge/diner/kitchen with a beamed ceiling, stone walls and a log
burner, 4 bedrooms (family, double, twin and single), bathroom with
shower and a separate shower room. All mod-cons provided, games room,
drying room and free wi-fi access. Fenced garden and patio area with
garden furniture and BBQ (charcoal provided) with wonderful views of
the surrounding mountains. Large outdoor play area.

Situated at the foot of the Rhinog Mountains midway between Snowdon
and Cader Idris,
Gilfach Goch Farm is an original 400 year old traditional Welsh hill farm, sheltered and secluded
nestling into the hillside with panoramic views over the sea and the Lleyn Peninsula. Llanbedr village is ideally placed on the coast to
explore the whole of the National Park and there are 3 excellent
beaches within a 10 minute drive as well as the famous Harlech
Castle.
The real "roses around the door"
cottage is built of local stone and retains many of its original
features. Good sized, well equipped kitchen,
separate dining room with a large farmhouse table and cosy lounge with
wood burning stove to complement the
oil central heating. Sleeping up to 5 in 3 interconnecting bedrooms. The delightful lawned garden is a beautiful and
secluded spot to relax.
Ty Gwennol (Swallows House) is a recent conversion of 3 barns dating
from the 17thC, also retaining many original features and
furnished to a very high standard throughout. It has 3 twin bedrooms,
1 en-suite and a separate bathroom, spacious lounge and fully
fitted farmhouse kitchen/diner. Private garden.
Sleeping up to 6 with the option of a separate but interconnecting
extension which sleeps a further 2 people (can be let separately).

Dolwyddelan village nestles under a breathtaking wilderness of mountain
peaks, waterfalls, rivers and forests - wonderful for walking and other
outdoor activities. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, a walking
holiday or would like to explore Snowdonia and North Wales, our self
catering cottage will fit the bill.
Attractively created from 2 one up/one down miners’ cottages, about 5
minutes walk from the centre of the village, the cottage backs onto an
enclosed garden by way of a footbridge over a small stream which tinkles
down right beneath the rear windows. A small patio allows a barbecue
beside the stream. The village has a grocery store, P. O., a pub serving
pub meals and the Elan Castle Hotel, which has a restaurant.
The cottage provides a living/dining
room with coal/log burning stove which heats the water while in use,
fully equipped galley style kitchen,
one double bedroom, one single
bedroom,
one single bedroom with extra stow-away bed
and a combined bathroom/toilet.

Bennar Isa Farm is situated 4 miles from Barmouth/Harlech and 5 minute stroll through our farm fields to one of the loveliest beaches in Mid Wales. There are magnificent sea and mountain views from each of the 3 dwellings,
which are stone built with 3' deep window recesses and were originally the old farmhouse and out-buildings before being converted and modernised to a high standard with original features. Enclosed large lawned garden with individual private patio with table, chairs and BBQ.
Rowen Farm is in the delightful village of Talybont, mid way between Barmouth and Harlech with a 15 minute stroll through our fields to the beach. Both dwellings are stone built and were originally the old stable and grain store before being converted to a high standard keeping the original beams and trusses. Recently fully double glazed and decorated throughout and fitted with luxury carpets.
